Hi! I’m Susanne, your parenting ally. I offer simple meditations, games, stories and parenting strategies that bring your kiddos from active and awake to soothed and sleepy.

I’ve been a preschool teacher for 15 years, a massage therapist for 12 years, and I’m a mom, step-mom, grandparent and certified parent coach.

I combine playful ideas with the science of relaxation, to create magic for parents. Let me tell you what I know and help you get your kids’ minds and bodies off to sleep.

The Peaceful Parent Coaching Project

An 8-week coaching journey with me as your cheerleader and guide.
